♦GENERAL
-Full price must be paid after acception of request by me.If the client does not pay within 1 week of the request being made, the commission will be declined.
-Payment plans are available for work over 50$, the client should note if they would like a payment plan in their commission request.♦REVISIONS
-Revisions to the pose and overall composition are free until the sketch is approved.
-Giving feedback/asking for revisions is the client's responsibility; if there is no feedback within 3 days of a WIP being sent, the client understands that they are missing the revision period, and I will be moving on with the commission. I am not responsible for any delays to the final product caused by delays during each revision period.
-Any accidental mistakes on my part (e.g. wrongly depicted detail, missed character design details, etc.) are always free of charge to fix
-Revisions after the piece is done that are not a mistake won't be accepted.Any revision after finished piece will cost additional fee.♦PRIVACY
-The client can ask to keep a commission private, which means I will not post the final piece on my social media, add it to my portfolio or add it to VGen service examples. -Private commissions require additional fees.♦DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
-Wait time can be anywhere from 24 hours or less to a few weeks or more, depending on my work load and availability.
-I will inform the client if there's a potential for a delay.
-Health problems or holidays on my side that could extend the commission will be communicated to the client.
-Client must note that they want the finished piece before certain date. It will cost additional fee.♦COMMERCIAL USE
-The client CANNOT use my work for any commercial purpose, unless a contract or agreement has been formulated between all relevant parties and a commercial fee has been paid
-The commissioner is required to inform me if their commission is for commercial use and what kind before I start working.Commercial use includes anything the client or someone else might gain revenue from (e.g. logo design for a company, commercial project or content channel, stream assets, merchandise design, game assets and more).♦INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
-I retain all rights to my concept art and unused art and copyright rights to my finished work, unless otherwise explicitly discussed and agreed on. This also means I can put commissioned pieces into my portfolio and post them on my social media.♦REFUNDS
-I do not accept refunds if work has already begun.♦COMMUNICATION
-The client will receive updates for lineart, flat colors, and shading (when applicable).
-The client is allowed to ask for updates, but frequent spamming is discouraged.I'm still studying so please have in mind that usually from 7am-3pm I may not redpond! (Weekends don't count)
-Listing social media/discord is encouraged for easier communication between different steps of the project in case VGen DMs become unavailable for any reason.As stated in the Revisions section, it is the client's responsibility to give feedback when applicable.
-If the client does not respond in 3 days, I will continue the commission. I am not responsible for any delays to the final product caused by these delays.♦THINGS I WILL NOT DRAW
